HAPPY HALLOWEEN!! I hope you all have a fun, safe night and enjoy feeling like a kid again:) So yesterday I decided to bust out my BDU jacket that I got tailored. Yes, I know- total slug move, but when it looks cute why not rock it! A few people asked to see full body pics so I figured I'd give a little post about it (consider yourself lucky since I don't like taking pics of myself!).

Since it is a pretty masculine jacket, I paired it with black leggings, black knee high boots, and a bright pink lip to make it flirty and girlie. Ashley and I encourage all our Army ladies to do the same with their jackets and post on our facebook! Who cares what anyone says...WE DON'T!

  

NYC For A FUN Weekend!

Ashley flew into NYC this weekend after some business in Dallas to work and celebrate my birthday. We had such a blast, as always! We started Saturday morning at Magnolia's Bakery with some DELISH treats (recommend going there!) then headed over to our Trunk Show at Bloomies 59th Street.

We had our great sales rep, Alicia relieve us half way through the day so we could head over to our meeting about some new, exciting SV opportunities. We are looking forward to working on some of these possibilities and know it will take SV to the NEXT level:)

We then fell in love with some of the cutest French Bulldog puppies in the world. We begged Ashley's husband all weekend to get us one, but couldn't convince him enough:( We even named the little guy Winston! I'm confident that soon we will add another pup to the SV family and Millie and Stella can have a brother and another cousin! 

We ended Saturday night with an awesome Birthday dinner at  a quaint Italian restaurant and back to Magnolia's Bakery for some desert haha! We were quite the chunksters that day;) Then made the decision to get out of town and head to VA early! We hope you are all safe up North!

Hey!! We had so much Sunday shooting our fall campaign. It's so tempting to leak a pic to show everyone, but we're trying to wait until we get them from the photographer- an iphone doesn't do it justice. We had the best team on set- Kyle on hair, Joel as our make-up artist, Lanny as an art director, Michelle styling, and Whalen the amazing photographer! We totally were freaked out about modeling our own jewelry, but I think we worked it;)

Hey everyone! We are so sorry we haven't blogged in forever. Things with stella valle have gotten so busy, but so many amazing things are happening. We can't wait to share with you all very soon:)

sv hits 5th Ave with Henri Bendel Trunk Show

We just wrapped up our 3 day event at Henri Bendel and had such a great trunk show! It's so much fun talking to customers about our line and meeting the Henri Bendel team as well as other designers. Overall, we had a GREAT showing, awesome feedback, and a good amount of sales! The buyers will hopefully ask us back for another trunk show and if all goes well with those our goal is to permanently be in Henri Bendel one day:)

Thank you to all our friends and family that came out and supported us. We are so grateful for all the opportunities coming our way. It's a ton of hard work, but well worth it:)

Our trunk show was a huge success! We can't thank everyone enough for coming out and supporting us for this important milestone in stella valle's journey. We already started talking next steps with Bloomingdale's so we couldn't be more excited! Below are some pictures from the event.

stella valle's Pre-Trunk Show Seminar at Bloomingdale's

Good Morning! It is a beautiful Monday morning and we are already hard at work as we have a HUGE week ahead of us! Wednesday and Thursday is our Trunk Show at Bloomingdale's in Bridgewater, NJ. On Friday, Bloomingdale's asked us to do a Pre-Trunk Show Seminar where we present to their associates, Managers, and General Manager about our company and product. It went awesome! Our story and inspiration was so well received and best of all, they LOVED our product:) They asked a bunch of questions and it was so nice to meet many of the associates and talk more about sv to them. We can't wait for our event this week and are so excited to see what is to come with Bloomingdale's! If you live in the area we ask that you please stop by and check us out AND bring your friends!

updates

Sorry we haven't posted much lately, but we have been working around the clock to prepare for the upcoming events this month. We spent our weekend ticketing our hand tags and started ticketing our product. Such tedious work, but to be honest it still is fun to see stella valle jewelry have it's own barcodes hehe.

We were also asked to speak to Bloomingdale's for a Pre-Trunk Show Seminar to discuss stella valle and our products so we have been prepping for that. So many exciting new things happening and some we can't even tell you about yet:)

plan plan plan!

So lately it seems like all we do is plan for our upcoming events at Bloomingdale's and Henri Bendel, but it is so fun! It's like Christmas every day as we get shipments of different things coming in. Yesterday we received our new custom boxes which we love (little stupid things excite us) and on Monday we got more displays and crystals for our new designs in production. Nothing is better than getting our fall samples for the first time though! Yes, we couldn't help is and wanted to give you a sneak peak at a few of our new designs!! We are so excited for everything coming up in June and hopefully great things come after that;)

Oscar themed party

WOW--what an event! This Oscar themed party was amazing and our favorite part...stella valle was in the gift bags for the guests! Everything was done top notch...red carpet, step and repeat, ice louge, make-up artist, caricature, servers, photo booth, and the list goes on! Enjoy a few pics from the party...more to come:)

friday finds

Ashley is headed to the Maldives in the Indian Ocean today...I am so jealous, but she promised me to come up with some really great new ideas/designs for our new collection. I can't wait to see what she comes back with:) A few of our Fall designs arrived this morning and they are even better in person than I could have imagined. We can't wait to show you, but have a few changes to make first before we unveil the final designs. Plus it is our fall collection so we don't want to show you too early! They will be available to purchase at our Bloomingdale's trunk show June 13th & 14th and at our Henri Bendel trunk show June 22-24th so hopefully you can make that!

FRIDAY FINDS!

It's suppose to be a beautiful weekend so we have some Friday finds to get you into that perfect weather mindset. If you are anything like us- you are still a little chilly when it's in the 70's so rock cute short shorts with a blazer or long sleeve blouse. Accessorize your outfit with the balance beauty necklace and the hippie harmony ring to make it extra cute!

sv is my Olympics

I wanted to share a truly inspirational story to me in hopes that maybe it can spark just one of you to follow your dreams. Growing up I always wanted to be an Olympic swimmer, but with a bad shoulder injury I never got that chance. Now stella valle is that Olympic dream of mine.  I grew up practicing in the same lane every day and racing against Rebecca Soni now an Olympic Champion. Rebecca's story pushes me to be better at what I do every day with our company. Swim in your own lane isn't just about being in the pool, it relates to everyone in all aspects of life. Don't worry about what others are doing or saying, don't worry about the things you can't control-"be true to yourself to figure out the way." Watch this great little video!
